RV Owner’s Rights
The right to purchase an RV free of defects
When you purchase an RV, unless clearly stipulated on contract, as an American citizen, you have the right to an RV that is free of defects. Just because a manufacturer or a dealership issues a warranty, and endlessly repairs your RV, you have the right to enjoy your purchase.
The right to timely repairs
When you purchase an RV, unless clearly stipulated on contract, as an American citizen, you have the right to have your RV be repaired in a timely fashion. Just because a manufacturer or dealer agrees to repair your vehicle, you should not be deprived your RV for unreasonable stretches of time.
The right to evidence
When your RV undergoes repairs, as an American citizen, you have the right to be given invoices or receipts documenting the repairs issued on your RV.
The right to compensation
When you purchase an RV, but deprived the enjoyment of your purchase, whether it be due to an unreasonable amount of time in the repair shop or if your RV has been out of service for an unreasonable amount of time, as an American citizen, you have the right to be compensated.
If you keep re-reading this page, uncertain if your consumer rights as an American citizen have been violated regarding your defective RV, please contact The RV Advisor immediately. The RVACA exists to help the RV owner.
